According to Trademark Regulation, applications that approved by Turkish Patent Institute are published for three months and unfair competetion and possibility of confusion are open to oppositions in this period.

Therefore applications which will create similarity should be followed from Official Trademark Bulletin that is published each month in order to protect trademarks effectively.

Like the examples that are given below, Turkish Patent Institute publishes this kind of trademarks and if there is no opposition to these published trademarks, give decision of registration.
